[ Asia Today ] SC Holdings Tackles the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act Head-On

SC Holdings, a company specializing in exporting domestic cosmetics to Amazon.com and Amazon Canada, announced on the 1st that it is addressing the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) head-on.

With the MoCRA coming into effect in July 2024, many cosmetics brands that have entered Amazon.com are facing significant challenges. In response, SC Holdings, a company with ten years of experience selling cosmetics on Amazon since 2015, has long had a team capable of independently obtaining U.S. FDA certification to assist brands entering Amazon.

A representative from SC Holdings stated, "We have the capability to independently obtain FDA OTC (Over-The-Counter) certification, enabling us to sell even sunscreen products, which now face higher entry barriers due to increased regulations in the U.S., without any issues. We encourage representatives of cosmetics brands facing difficulties due to the implementation of MoCRA to contact us freely."
