[ Next Daily ] PingPong, SAYGO, and SC Holdings Sign Strategic MOU to Advance Japan-Bound 3PL Services

Global commerce financial platform PingPong, Japan-based logistics company SAYGO, and Japanese fulfillment system operator SC Holdings announced on the 21st that they officially signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on December 4, 2025, at PingPong’s office in Samseong-dong, Seoul, to strengthen their competitiveness in Japan-bound third-party logistics (3PL) services.

Under the agreement, PingPong will reduce fees applied to new sellers compared to previous rates, easing initial cost burdens for sellers entering the Japanese market. SAYGO will offer sellers a dedicated logistics rate structure with discounted domestic delivery fees within Japan.

SC Holdings will be responsible for end-to-end operations, covering everything from order management systems (OMS) to picking, packing, outbound shipping, Japanese customs clearance, and customer service. Transportation quality will be systematically managed based on defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

This partnership focuses on lowering entry barriers for sellers with limited experience in the Japanese market. The three companies are preparing to provide comprehensive logistics processes—including export declarations, customs documentation, and last-mile delivery within Japan—allowing sellers to begin cross-border sales without navigating complex administrative procedures.

Through this partnership, the three companies stated that they plan to actively support Korean sellers seeking to enter the Japanese market and to establish a stable Korea–Japan cross-border e-commerce logistics flow.
