    Submit FBA Shipment Request & Documents

    Fill out the shipment request form. We’ll assist with warehouse scheduling and export documentation.

  • STEP 3

    Ship Products to the Captain FBA Warehouse

    Send your prepared products to our Captain FBA logistics center in Incheon.

  • STEP 4

    Estimate Pre-Shipment Costs

    We calculate the optimal shipping rate based on the weight and volume of your products.

  • STEP 5

    Payment & Invoice Issuance

    Once costs are confirmed, make the payment and we’ll issue the invoice and begin shipment prep.

  • STEP 6

    Prepare & Ship to Amazon FBA

    We label (FNSKU & shipping labels), pack securely, and dispatch your goods to Amazon’s FBA warehouse.

  • Invite as a logistics manager in Seller Central

    ▸ Please invite the dedicated Captain FBA 3PL account to your Amazon Seller Central with logistics manager permission.
    ▸ The access is strictly limited to logistics management and does not allow access to sensitive data like sales.
    ▸ If you need help, we provide a quick setup manual configuration takes less than 3 minutes.

  • Submit FBA Shipment Request & Documents

    ▸ Fill out and send the FBA shipping request form using the Captain FBA template.
    ▸ We’ll provide clear guidance on shipping schedules and required documents.
    ▸ If you're unfamiliar with export documentation, sample files and manuals are provided.
    ▸ A dedicated representative is available via phone or email for hands-on assistance.

  • Ship Products to the Captain FBA Warehouse

    ▸ Send your prepared products to the Captain FBA logistics center located in Incheon, South Korea.
    ▸ For bulk shipments or pallet transport, we offer vehicle dispatch assistance upon request.

  • Estimate Pre-Shipment Costs

    ▸ We calculate shipping costs based on product weight and dimensions.
    ▸ We compare major couriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and ocean freight to find the best rate.
    ▸ You’ll receive a cost estimate before packing, followed by a finalized invoice upon confirmation.

  • Payment & Invoice Issuance

    ▸ Once payment is made based on the provided estimate, a tax invoice is issued immediately.
    ▸ After confirming payment, we issue the invoice and begin the shipping process without delay.
    ▸ We offer a pay-per-shipment system to accommodate small sellers with flexibility.
    ▸ For sellers shipping over 1 ton per month, monthly billing contracts are also available.

  • Prepare & Ship to Amazon FBA

    ▸ Once payment is confirmed, we begin FBA shipment processing.
    ▸ We register the shipment in Seller Central, print and apply shipping & FNSKU labels.
    ▸ After secure packing, we ship to Amazon FBA warehouse using the most cost-effective courier.
    ▸ Captain FBA handles the entire process from shipment to tracking number input allowing you to monitor progress without any additional action.
