[ Global Economy Newspaper ] PingPong , SAYGO, and SC Holdings Sign Tripartite MOU to Innovate Korea–Japan E-commerce Logistics

PingPong, a global payment solutions provider; SAYGO, a global logistics specialist; and SC Holdings, a Japan-based fulfillment operator, officially announced a strategic partnership by signing a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on December 4, 2025, at the PingPong office in Samseong-dong, Seoul. The agreement aims to strengthen cross-border e-commerce logistics competitiveness between Korea and Japan and to improve bilateral e-commerce infrastructure.

Under the agreement, PingPong will offer competitive fee benefits to new sellers, while SAYGO will operate special discounted shipping rates by significantly reducing domestic delivery fees within Japan. SC Holdings will be responsible for end-to-end operations, including OMS-integrated management, picking and packing, outbound shipping, customs clearance, and customer support, while ensuring service quality through SLA- and KPI-based performance management.

In addition, the three companies plan to establish a Japan-bound 3PL system that provides one-stop support for sellers with no prior experience in the Japanese market, covering export declarations, customs documentation, and last-mile delivery within Japan. This integrated logistics solution is expected to significantly lower barriers to overseas expansion for Korean companies.

The partnership is regarded as a strategic alliance designed to resolve logistical bottlenecks between Korea and Japan and to substantially reduce entry barriers for Korean sellers seeking to enter the Japanese market.

Further details are available on the official websites, and information on the Japan-bound 3PL services under this MOU can be found on the PingPong, SAYGO, and SC Holdings websites.
